蝶泳的第三的要素是体能管理,蝶泳中双臂与双腿的移动需要耗费游泳者巨大的体能。高超的游泳时机与形态能在这种体能管理下实现。蝶泳的训练需要兼顾这种(需要大量体能)的动作和保持游泳技术的完整性。(也就是既要练身体,也要练技术)
