这个练习叫三腿蝶,估计很少有人听说过。相对标准蝶泳动作,此练习在手入水后多打一下腿。这下多出来的打腿是为了让臀部的位置大大提高,从而来加强感受这师徒俩个反复强调的高臀技术。不过需要指出的是尽管教练反复强调要高臀,但小菲的臀部还是高得自然,我在游泳池中曾见过有的女士可能柔韧性特别好,臀部都快撅到天上去了,太夸张了。我感觉虽然要高,但是腰腹波动传递带动的自然结果,不要特意去撅,否则身体太弯,增大了前进的阻力,既费力又难看。
(What Michael be doing in the triple kick is actually swimming whole stroke butterfly, but he'll add an extra kick at the hand entry which will help him position hips extremely high and allow him to stay right on the surface of the water as he does the drill. This is an excellent drill for developing body control because adding the extra kick forces the swimmer to deal with his torso and managed his body position better. )
