这是一个单双臂交替的练习,即左臂划一下,双臂划一下,右臂划一下,双臂划一下。教练要求每划四下换气一次,但没说是哪下划水时换气。我个人认为可能是第四下双臂划时出水换气,前三下划水而不呼吸是为了不破坏头低臀高的身体位置。最后双臂划时加上呼吸可以练习蝶泳的完整配合。
(The final combination drill we'll do is a single-double drill, for Michael will take a single arm stroke followed by a double arm full stroke. In this drill we ask the swimmers to breathe only on the full stroke. )
