(The next drill we're going to do is a drill that we called "two-two and two". Basically Michael's going to take two right arm strokes, two left arm strokes and two full strokes. What this allows you to do is to work on each of the component, and then add them together to get a feel for the whole stroke, but essentially doing two strokes at one time. It's very tolerable and could be done over longer distances. )
